Follow these 7 steps to complete your repair
Power Off and Remove Pentalobe Screws
Power off your iPhone 14 Pro completely. Use the Pentalobe P2 screwdriver to remove the two screws located on either side of the Lightning port.
Heat the Screen
Use an iOpener or a hairdryer to gently heat the edges of the display. This will soften the adhesive securing the screen, making it easier to remove.
Lift the Screen
Place a suction handle near the bottom edge of the screen and gently lift to create a small gap. Insert a plastic opening tool into the gap to carefully separate the adhesive around the edges of the screen.
Disconnect the Battery
Open the iPhone from the bottom like a book. Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove the screws from the battery connector bracket and use a spudger to disconnect the battery connector.
Remove the Display Connectors
Remove the screws securing the display connector bracket. Use a spudger to disconnect the display, digitizer, and front camera connectors.
Install the New Screen
Carefully align the new screen and connect the display, digitizer, and front camera connectors. Reattach the display connector bracket and secure it with screws.
Reconnect the Battery and Seal the Display
Reconnect the battery connector and attach the battery connector bracket. Carefully align the display and press it into place. Secure it with the previously removed Pentalobe screws.
