Follow these 7 steps to complete your repair
Power Off and Prepare the Device
Ensure the iPhone 15 is completely powered off. Remove any SIM cards or external cases. Use the Pentalobe P2 screwdriver to remove the two screws located at the bottom edge of the iPhone, near the charging port.
Heat the Display
Use an iOpener or a hairdryer to apply heat to the edges of the iPhone for about 1-2 minutes. This will soften the adhesive securing the screen, making it easier to open.
Open the Display
Place a suction cup on the lower half of the front screen. Gently pull up until a small gap forms. Insert a plastic opening tool into the gap and carefully work your way around the edges to separate the adhesive. Lift the display gently, but do not fully detach it yet.
Disconnect the Battery
Use the Tri-point Y000 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the battery connector bracket. Lift the bracket and use a spudger to gently disconnect the battery from its connector.
Remove the Old Battery
Carefully peel back the adhesive strips securing the battery. If they break, use a spudger to gently lift the battery. Avoid puncturing the battery. Remove it once it's loose.
Install the New Battery
Place the new adhesive strips into the battery compartment. Align the new battery and press it firmly into place. Reconnect the battery connector and replace the bracket using the Tri-point Y000 screwdriver.
Reattach and Secure the Display
Carefully align the display with the body of the iPhone. Press down gently to adhere it. Replace the screws at the bottom of the device using the Pentalobe P2 screwdriver.
