Power Off the Device
Press and hold the power button and either volume button until the 'slide to power off' slider appears. Slide it to turn off your iPhone 15 completely.
Remove the Pentalobe Screws
Using the Pentalobe screwdriver (P2), remove the two screws located on either side of the Lightning port at the bottom of the iPhone.
Apply Heat to Loosen Adhesive
Gently heat the edges of the screen using a heat gun or hairdryer to soften the adhesive. Be careful not to overheat the device.
Use Suction Cup and Opening Tool
Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the screen. Gently pull up on the suction cup while using a plastic opening tool to carefully separate the screen from the body. Start at the bottom and work your way around the sides.
Disconnect the Battery
Remove the screws securing the battery connector cover with a Phillips screwdriver (PH00). Use a spudger to gently disconnect the battery connector to prevent any electrical issues.
Detach the Display Connectors
Remove the screws securing the display bracket and use a spudger to disconnect the display connectors. Carefully lift the screen away from the device.
Transfer Components to New Screen
If your replacement screen does not come with pre-installed components, transfer the speaker, front camera, and any other components from the old screen to the new one using tweezers or a spudger.
Install the New Screen
Carefully connect the display connectors to the new screen. Align the screen with the frame and press it gently into place. Ensure all edges are properly sealed.
Reconnect the Battery and Close the Device
Reconnect the battery connector and secure it with the bracket. Replace the screws to hold it in place. Gently press the screen into the frame and secure it with the Pentalobe screws.
Power On and Test the Device
Power on your iPhone 15 and test the new screen to ensure touch functionality and display clarity. Make any necessary adjustments if the screen is not functioning properly.
