Follow these 9 steps to complete your repair
Power Off the Device
Hold down the power button and select 'Power Off' from the menu to turn off the Motorola Moto G32. Wait a few seconds to ensure the device is completely off before proceeding.
Remove the Back Cover
Insert a plastic opening tool into the seam between the back cover and the phone body. Gently pry the back cover off by working your way around the edges. Be careful not to apply too much pressure to avoid damaging the cover.
Disconnect the Battery
Using a Phillips #00 screwdriver, unscrew the screws securing the battery connector cover. Remove the cover and use a spudger to carefully disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard.
Heat the Front Screen
Use a heat gun or hair dryer to gently apply heat around the edges of the front screen. This will soften the adhesive, making it easier to remove the screen. Be careful not to overheat and damage the internal components.
Remove the Broken Screen
Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the screen and gently lift to create a small gap. Insert a plastic opening tool into the gap and carefully work your way around the edges to separate the screen from the frame. If necessary, apply more heat to stubborn areas.
Disconnect the Screen
Once the screen is lifted, use tweezers or a spudger to disconnect the display cable from the motherboard. Set the old screen aside.
Install the New Screen
Connect the new screen's display cable to the motherboard, ensuring it is securely attached. Carefully position the screen onto the frame and apply gentle pressure around the edges to adhere it firmly.
Reassemble the Device
Reconnect the battery connector and secure it with the cover and screws. Reattach the back cover by pressing it firmly into place until you hear it click.
Test the New Screen
Power on the device and test the new screen to ensure it is responsive and functioning properly. Check for any display issues or touch sensitivity problems.
