Follow these 10 steps to complete your repair
Power Off the Device

Remove the Back Cover
Use the plastic pry tool to gently lift and remove the back cover of the phone. Start at the bottom edge and work your way around to avoid damaging the clips.
Unscrew the Midframe

Detach the Battery Connector

Remove the Screen
Place a suction cup on the screen and gently pull to create a gap. Insert a plastic pry tool into the gap and carefully work your way around to detach the screen from the frame. Be cautious of ribbon cable connections.
Disconnect the Screen Connector
Once the screen is lifted, use the spudger to disconnect the screen ribbon cable from the motherboard. Remove the screen completely.
Install the New Screen
Connect the new screen's ribbon cable to the motherboard. Align the new screen with the frame and press gently to adhere. Ensure the fit is snug and even.
Reassemble the Device
Reconnect the battery connector, replace the midframe, and secure it with the screws. Carefully snap the back cover back into place.
Power On and Test
Power on the device and test the new screen for responsiveness and clarity. Ensure all functions are working properly before concluding the repair.
