Follow these 8 steps to complete your repair
Power Off the Device
Before starting the repair, ensure your Samsung Galaxy A34 is completely powered off. Hold the power button and select 'Power Off' from the menu options. Wait for the device to shut down completely.
Remove the Back Cover
Use a heat gun or hairdryer to gently heat the edges of the back cover to soften the adhesive. Use a suction cup to lift a corner of the back cover, then carefully insert a plastic opening tool between the cover and the phone body. Slide the tool around the edges to release the adhesive. Be gentle to avoid cracking the back cover.
Disconnect the Battery
Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the mid-frame. Carefully lift the mid-frame and set it aside. Use a spudger to gently disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard to prevent any electrical damage.
Remove the Broken Screen
Heat the edges of the front screen with a heat gun or hairdryer to soften the adhesive. Use a suction cup to lift the screen slightly and insert a plastic opening tool under the edge. Gently slide the tool around the perimeter to separate the screen from the frame. Take care not to damage the display cables.
Install the New Screen
Carefully align the new screen with the frame of the device. Ensure that the display cables are correctly positioned and not pinched. Press the new screen into place, making sure it adheres properly to the frame.
Reconnect the Battery
Reattach the battery connector to the motherboard using the spudger. Ensure it is securely connected to provide power to the device.
Reassemble the Device
Replace the mid-frame and secure it with the screws you removed earlier. Carefully press the back cover into place and apply pressure around the edges to ensure it adheres firmly.
Test the New Screen
Power on your Samsung Galaxy A34 and test the new screen for functionality. Ensure that the touch sensitivity is working correctly and that the display is clear.
