Follow these 9 steps to complete your repair
Power Off the Device
Ensure the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is completely powered off. Press and hold the power button, then select 'Power Off' on the screen. Wait until the device is fully shut down before proceeding.
Remove the Back Cover
Use a heat gun or hairdryer to gently heat the edges of the back cover to soften the adhesive. Carefully use a suction cup to lift the back cover while inserting a plastic opening tool to separate it from the phone. Work slowly around the edges to avoid damaging the cover.
Disconnect the Battery
Locate the battery connector and use a spudger to gently pry it off the motherboard. This step is crucial to ensure your safety and prevent any electrical issues during the repair.
Remove the Screws
Using the Phillips #00 screwdriver, remove all screws securing the mid-frame. Keep track of the screws using a magnetic project mat or by placing them in a safe area.
Detach the Display Assembly
Heat the edges of the screen using the heat gun or hairdryer. Use the suction cup and plastic opening tools to carefully lift the screen. Be cautious of cables and components beneath the screen.
Install the New Screen
Remove any adhesive residue from the phone frame using isopropyl alcohol. Align the new screen and secure it with adhesive strips or double-sided tape. Press firmly to ensure good adhesion.
Reassemble the Device
Carefully reconnect the battery and secure the mid-frame with the screws removed earlier. Ensure all components are properly aligned and connected.
Reattach the Back Cover
Heat the edges of the back cover slightly to reactivate the adhesive. Press the cover firmly onto the phone until it snaps into place securely.
Power On and Test
Turn on the device to confirm that the new screen is functioning correctly. Check for touch responsiveness and display clarity.
