Follow these 10 steps to complete your repair
Power Off the Device
Hold down the power button and select 'Power Off' to turn off your Samsung Galaxy S25 completely. Wait a few seconds to ensure it is fully powered down.
Remove the SIM Card Tray
Insert a SIM eject tool or a paperclip into the small hole next to the SIM card tray. Push gently until the tray pops out, then remove it from the device.
Heat the Back Cover
Use a heat gun or hair dryer to evenly heat the edges of the back cover for about 1-2 minutes. This will soften the adhesive holding the cover in place.
Remove the Back Cover
Place a suction cup near the edge of the back cover. Gently pull up to create a gap, then insert a plastic opening tool to carefully pry the cover away from the phone. Work your way around the edges until the cover is free.
Disconnect the Battery
Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the battery connector shield. Carefully remove the shield and use a spudger to disconnect the battery connector.
Remove the Broken Screen
Heat the edges of the front screen with a heat gun or hair dryer for about 1-2 minutes. Use a suction cup and plastic opening tool to carefully lift and remove the broken screen. Be cautious of sharp edges.
Clean the Frame
Using isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth, clean any adhesive residue from the phone's frame to ensure a smooth surface for the new screen.
Install the New Screen
Carefully align the new screen with the frame. Use adhesive strips to secure it in place. Press down gently around the edges to ensure a firm bond.
Reconnect the Battery
Reattach the battery connector and place the shield back into position. Secure it with the screws removed earlier.
Reassemble the Device
Align the back cover with the phone and press firmly around the edges to secure the adhesive. Reinsert the SIM card tray. Power on the device to test the new screen.
