Follow these 7 steps to complete your repair
Power Off the Device
Hold down the power button on the side of your Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom until the power options appear. Select 'Power off' to completely shut down the device.
Remove the Back Cover
Locate the notch on the bottom of the phone's back cover. Use a plastic opening tool to gently pry open the back cover, starting from the notch and working your way around the edges until the cover is completely detached.
Remove the Battery
With the back cover removed, locate the battery. Use your fingers to lift the battery from the bottom edge and carefully remove it from the compartment.
Insert the New Battery
Take your replacement battery and align it with the battery compartment. Insert the top edge of the battery first, then press down gently on the bottom edge to secure it in place.
Reattach the Back Cover
Align the back cover with the edges of the phone. Press down firmly around the edges until you hear clicks, indicating that the cover is securely fastened.
Power On the Device
Press and hold the power button until the Samsung logo appears on the screen. Allow the device to boot up and verify that it is functioning correctly with the new battery.
Dispose of the Old Battery
Take your old battery to a recycling center or drop-off location that accepts lithium-ion batteries. Do not dispose of it in household trash.
